From Isolated Writer to Confident Communicator
Living in small-town Missouri with a passion for jazz and blues, I had nobody to talk to about what lit me up creatively. So in 2021, I started a podcast with just a mic, free software, and curiosity. Through cold emails and genuine interest, I connected with musicians, historians, and creators across the globe—people I never could have accessed otherwise.
That experience showed me something powerful: Content creation and writing isn't just content creation. It's permission to pursue your interests boldly, build confidence in your voice, and connect with people who actually care about what you care about.
